Paige Wollenzien MS, RD, LD specializes in helping individuals grow a positive relationship with food and move away from the damages restrictive diet patterns can cause. Her counseling techniques focus on an intuitive eating approach, which helps to define which eating patterns are right for you. Paige is passionate about helping clients make peace with food, movement, and their body through an individualized approach focusing more on behavioral change and less on numbers. Her practice is HAES aligned, weight inclusive and serves all bodies. Currently her practice, The Kitchen Dietitian, has openings for adults and adolescents with disordered eating thoughts and behaviors, those stable in their ED recovery, and general nutrition related health concerns.

Paige has a passion for cooking and developing recipes to nourish you and your family. Her blog aims to inspire people to spend more time in the kitchen and less time stressing over planning meals. She enjoys incorporating meal planning guidance into her counseling sessions.

As a Registered Dietitian, she has worked in many areas in the field of nutrition including clinical nutrition, geriatrics, pediatrics, outpatient counseling and public education. Starting her own practice has allowed Paige to combine her interests, and passions to help clients thrive.

In her free time, Paige enjoys spending time in the outdoors with her partner and their golden retriever. In the winter this looks like xcountry and downhill skiing. In the summer weekends are spend on day hikes or backpacking. At home, yoga is her favorite way to move her body.
