Dr. Rapaport’s practice focuses on mind-body medicine, an approach that honors how our thoughts, feelings and behaviors can influence our physiology. She has a passion for working in an integrative mental health care setting with people that have anxiety, depression, and disordered eating and additionally enjoys working with folks with chronic pain and other chronic health conditions to achieve a greater sense of wellness and vitality in their lives. She brings a non-judgmental, trauma-aware lens to her work and seeks to collaborate with her patients in creating individualized treatment plans that honor their time, budget, and lifestyle.

Dr. Rapaport graduated from Bastyr University in 2020. She spent the last two years of her naturopathic medical education specifically focused on mind-body practices for health including breath work, meditation, and somatic counseling and is a board certified biofeedback provider through the Biofeedback Certification International Alliance (BCIA). She is currently being trained in the NeuroAffective Relational Model (NARM) which is a somatic psychotherapy modality that focuses on the treatment of early developmental trauma. She deeply believes in the body’s innate capacity to heal itself and focuses her practice around compassionately supporting her patient’s intentions for their healing process.

She additionally graduated from Bellevue Massage school in 2016 and additionally loves working as a massage therapist. She specializes in deep tissue massage and myofascial release, and has additional training in addressing arm and shoulder dysfunction as a Functional Release certified upper limb provider.

Dr. Rapaport has a deep passion for nature and the earth. She spends her time outside of work backpacking, traveling, playing music, cooking, meditating, moving her body, and enjoying the company of loved ones. She believes that some of the best medicine in the world is the kindness and compassion that we can offer to one another and the wild natural world all around us.
