As a Primary Care Practitioner, Julia strives to integrate the principles of Lifestyle Medicine into her practice. This approach emphasizes the importance of nutrition, movement, stress management, restorative sleep, positive social connections and avoidance of high-risk substances. Julia works side by side with her patients to craft individualized care plans that can significantly help improve health outcomes and enhance quality of life.

Holding a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) and National Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C), Julia integrates her deep understanding of primary care into her comprehensive lifestyle-centered approach. Julia also holds a Masters of International Affairs, specializing in Latin American and Women’s Studies. Her studies shaped her commitment to social justice and inclusivity in the healthcare sphere and have equipped her with the tools to advocate for equitable healthcare for all patients. Diverse perspectives will not only be recognized and valued but celebrated and encouraged.

Beyond direct patient care, Julia is actively pursuing a Lifestyle Medicine Practitioner Certification from the American College of Lifestyle Medicine. She is actively involved in professional development from The North American Menopause Society, The American Association of Nurse Practitioners and The National Association of Nurse Practitioners in Women’s Health.

Outside of the clinic, Julia enjoys spending time outdoors in the beautiful PNW with her husband and two young kids. In her personal life, she loves growing a vegetable garden, swimming, hiking, listening to live music, cooking and baking and working on her mobility and strength through yoga and pilates.
