What Happens Next
Upon receiving your concern:

We will confirm receipt of your grievance within 3 business days.
2. Review
A designated team member or clinic manager will review the concern in a confidential and timely manner.

We may reach out to you for more information or clarification. A written or verbal response will be provided within 10–14 business days whenever possible.
4. Resolution & Next Steps
When appropriate, we will propose restorative steps, facilitate dialogue, or outline policy-based decisions. All actions will be taken with care for your experience, our staff, and the integrity of the clinic as a whole.
