Integrative Mental Health:
We understand that many factors contribute to mental health and wellness and advocate the delivery of safe, effective, and trauma-informed care. Our providers will take a detailed history to better understand the many facets of your life including internal and external factors that contribute to your health. These may include evaluation of the following:

- Environmental toxicity
- Nutritional deficiencies
- Genetic factors
- Dietary and lifestyle habits
- Social engagement, relationships, and community support
Treatment plans may include the use of psychiatric medications; however, our providers can also help you navigate non-pharmacologic management or the decreased use of medication if this is appropriate. We are happy to work with your existing mental health providers to create your individualized plan.
