Dr. Melissa Kuser is a board-certified naturopathic physician and licensed acupuncturist committed to helping patients discover and achieve optimal health. She provides patient-centered, LGBTQIA+ inclusive integrative primary care and adjunctive complementary care for people of all races, ethnicities, genders, sexualities, sizes, and abilities. By collaborating with and educating patients at every step of their journey, she empowers and respects the person. Her goal at every visit is that patients feel seen, safe, and supported.

Dr. Kuser graduated from Princeton University with a degree in English literature and later earned her Naturopathic Doctor (ND) degree and Masters of Acupuncture at the National College of Natural Medicine in Portland, OR, with a focus in cardiology, endocrinology (diabetes/thyroid/adrenal disorders), and women's health (PAP exam, bioidentical hormones, fertility support, pelvic floor physical therapy). In addition, she is passionate about providing trauma-informed, personalized primary care to adolescents and adults of all ages including trans/queer healthcare.

First and foremost, Dr. Kuser is a loving mother to 2 beautiful daughters. Having lived her early years as an adventurer, she is enjoying growing roots and building sustainable community in Portland, Oregon.
